“What we See As We Are!”
“We don’t see things as they are we see things as we are!” Talmud
The Talmud (Hebrew:????????? talm? d “instruction, learning”, from a root lmd “teach, study”) is a record of rabbinic discussions pertaining to Jewish law, ethics, customs, and history. It is a central text of mainstream Judaismhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talmud

Occasionally I get an E Mail from  some- one  questioning what I add to my website! If they read my About page it might give them some insight but then they couldn’t rag on me. “ Why do you add so many Google features or how come you feature The Bing Blog and the Lijit Search Box! ”  I  could tell them that Andy Quayle at Tech burgh my web hosting service is a Google Expert and has thru his blog taught me about Google! Lijit is not only a great addition to any website but has the best tech support on the WWW.  The Bing Blog is a great read and also a fun search application!  I use all my blog features period no favorites! My reblogs are done with Zemanta and I add good stuff with Apture

I make every effort to syndicate feeds that are relevant and have education value, I choose to ignore the Gotcha Geeks! I have been on the Mortal Coil for 73 years so it is pretty hard to play Gotcha with me!  The Jewish Holidays are here and I want to with a Happy and Healthy one to Friends and Family respectfully Marshal

Random House Integrates Glue

Earlier today, Random House rolled out support for Glue across their website.

The integration highlights Random House’s understanding of how reader’s want to interact with books on the web. For reader’s, the integration means a web-wide book experience when they visit any given book on Random House’s website.

About the Integration

Any Glue user who visits a book’s page on Random House’s website will see the Glue bar appear, showing friends and recent people who have visited the book on popular book sites across the web.

Any visitor to a book’s page on Random House’s website - regardless of whether or not Glue is installed - can access Glue via:

  • the Discuss This Book link that’s present in the left-hand sidebar
  • the Get Glue banner within the bookmark, share & shelve section

You can see the integration live on this, or any other, book’s page.

Benefits to Randomhouse.com visitors:

  • Access the web-wide book network: Individuals can see what their friends think of the book they’re looking at on randomhouse.com, regardless of the site their friends visited the book on.
  • Join the web-wide book conversation: Visitors to randomsehouse.com can read and reply to comments that were left on popular book sites around the web.
  • Take web-wide book actions: With a single click from Randomhouse.com individuals can find the book for sale on their preferred online book retailer and save or share it to their social network.

Benefits to Random House:

  • Increased user engagement: Glue surfaces the social activity from popular sites around the web directly on Randomhouse.com pages. Visitors can network with friends and benefit from trusted reviews and social discovery.
  • Improved browser experience: Visitors to Randomhouse.com can now, with a single click, access the book’s page on popular retail and social networking sites across the web.
  • Increased quantity and quality of traffic: Individuals on contextually relevant third-party sites can discover Randomhouse.com’s pages via direct links that are associated with friends.

We enjoyed working closely with the Random House team to make the integration happen. We look forward to the benefit that Glue’s integration on randomhouse.com will bring to reader’s.

The First time I saw this site and wrote the owner for permission to reblog-I got an answer which means he is not only supplying relative content but is aware of what he publishes: I always ask permission and this is the second time I have reblogged the site-The Mission is obvious and this may be just be the most well organized site on the net and worth a folow-

About SEO by the Sea
My name is Bill Slawski, and I am the president and founder of SEO by the Sea, Inc.

SEO by the Sea provides services to help make it easier for sites to be found on the Web, and easier for those sites to be used once they’ve been found.

The SEO by the Sea blog was originally started in 2005 to inform people about a grass roots gathering of people interested in internet marketing and search engines in Havre de Grace, Maryland. It has since evolved into a place where I keep track of search related research and patents, and write about search engine optimization and other topics.

SEO by the Sea is committed to offering information as accurately and helpfully as possible, while remaining civil as well as fair and impartial.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law. I worked for the highest level trial Court in Delaware, Superior Court of Delaware, for 14 years as a court manager and administrator, and as a technologist/management analyst.

In the mid 1990s, while I was working for the Court, I helped put together a website for a couple of friends who were starting an online business. I continued to update the site and increase its visibility online for more than a decade. I started working on a couple of other sites, and began promoting a few of those sites starting in 1996.

I found myself intrigued by search engines, by usability, and by how people navigate around and explore web pages. Since then, I have worked on a good number of sites, helping their owners to be more easily found in on the Web. I continued my efforts performing SEO and internet marketing part time until 2005 when I left the Court to work for an online marketing agency full time.

I’ve also been a moderator and administrator for one of the best known forums about internet marketing and usability as well as a contributing author for a couple of the most well known sites online about search engine marketing, Search Engine Watch and Search Engine Land.

I’ve had the opportunity to speak about search engine algorithms, universal and blended search, personalization in search and duplicate content problems at industry conferences such as Search Engine Strategies and Webmaster World’s Pubcon.

SEO by the Sea, Inc., is located in Newark, Delaware, about an hour south of Philadelphia, and an hour north of Baltimore.

I look forward to hearing from visitors to this site, and welcome any suggestions or ideas for the blog. Please feel free to contact me. My contact information is:

A Web search engine is a tool designed to search for information on the World Wide Web. The search results are usually presented in a list and are commonly called hits. The information may consist of web pages, images, information and other types of files. Some search engines also mine data available in newsbooks, databases, or open directories. Unlike Web directories, which are maintained by human editors, search engines operate algorithmically or are a mixture of algorithmic and human input.
