This may be the best article written to date about Twitter the Micro Blogging Application I saw it Tweeted this AM By Steve Rubel- http://www.micropersuasion.com/ I  printed it out and attached it to my wall with VELCRO-

George de Mestral named his invention “Velcro“, which is a portmanteau of the two French words velours, meaning ‘velvet’, and crochet, or ‘hook’.[5] [6][1] The term Velcro is a registered trademark in most countries. Generic terminology for these fasteners includes “hook and loop”, “burr” and “touch” fasteners. However the Velcro brand is an example of a genericized trademark as its brand name has become the generic term. The Velcro company headquarters is in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA.
John Sviokla is vice chairman of Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTPI). He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Kellogg School of Management and prior to joining Diamond, Dr. Sviokla researched and taught at the Harvard Business School for twelve years in Marketing, MIS, and Decision Sciences. His extensive writings have appeared in books and journals including the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Fast Company, and the Wall Street Journal. He is a frequent speaker at executive forums worldwide and earned his BA from Harvard College, and his MBA and DBA with a major in management information systems from Harvard University.
