This a very interesting subject, I will pay for service if my first ring is not into Voice Mail Jail !

Otherwise I will have to accept bad service and not pay !  Good service should carry a charge most firms today would not know the meaning of service if it hit them in the head ! E mail a tech firm and get a letter from a responder ! I don't have a degree in Computer Science there for I can't talked to a responder !
